These are the recommendations of what should be done when big storms occur, but in practice these things are not regulated so easily.
Eliza and Nico are volunteers in the team that is in charge of rescuing the children from their town that was caught by a big storm. While cleaning up the remnants of the storm, they find broken phones, missing valuables and items that help them locate the victims captured by the storm.
