Research into the restaurant's history reveals that the former owners were known for their pizza, for which they kept the recipe a secret. He has his pizza recipe, but was always curious about the former owners' recipe. Enzo is convinced that the recipe for that pizza is hidden somewhere in the restaurant, but he can't bring himself to look for it.
